About meCooking in the Kitchen Let me introduce myself to you…My name is Rosemary McAllan and I am passionate about cookery but I am not a Chef! I learned to cook at home and also at school. The emphasis was always on making nutritious dinners for a family. Cooking for friends and family is a wonderful thing to be able to do. Everyone thinks that because our lives are so busy now there is not enough time to prepare a meal from scratch but I can show you that, with a little planning, you can do it easily. Once you have eaten fresh food for a week you will never go back to the packaged convenience foods. Also it can be done on a budget – how you ask?
